At the height of the summer we expose intensive our skin to the sun. What we need to know in order to protect it from the harmful rays?

During the summer months the body loses moisture with the sweat, protecting from overheating. The top layer of the skin is dried by the sea wind and the sun burns cause a destruction of hyaluronic acid - the skin loses its domestic supply of moisture. Bathing in the sea also dehydrated and dried up the skin. To avoid this we have to take measures that are well known. Do not expose you to the sun between 11:00 and 13:00, when the rays reach vertically to the ground and have the highest intensity.

It is also important to remember to wear wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, appropriate clothing in light colors, and apply sun-protection products for face and body care.
