If Bulgarian partners achieve quality relief visa guarantee increasing tourist flow from Russia to Bulgaria.
That said Russian Ambassador Yuri Isakov meeting with Bulgarians who graduated Soviet and Russian universities.
He explained that "we must learn to understand the specifics of the Russian man."
"If the Russian offer him something more expensive but easier, without bureaucracy, he would prefer it," said the Russian Ambassador Isakov, described as very difficult sometimes for Russians to travel 3,000 miles to make their visa.
"Our Bulgarian partners understand and question already affected with the Minister of Tourism," said Isakov. He proposed tourist visas to get straight to the airport.
